DAP (Delivered At Place)
An Incoterm under which the seller delivers goods ready for unloading at the named place, but the buyer clears them for import.Under DAP the seller bears cost and risk of carriage to the named destination, but the buyer is responsible for import clearance and pays import duties and taxes. It suits any mode of transport and is the standard door-to-door term where the buyer handles customs.
