Re-export

The export of previously imported goods out of a country, often without the duties that a home-market import would incur.

Re-export sends foreign goods back out of the customs territory — for example after temporary import, storage in a bonded warehouse or transit — usually with relief or refund of import duties. In the EAEU реэкспорт is a defined customs procedure that completes temporary admission or corrects a delivery, and it is tracked separately in trade statistics from goods of domestic origin.
