A licensed intermediary who prepares and files customs declarations and clears goods on behalf of importers and exporters.A customs broker (customs representative) is authorized by the customs authority to act for traders, classifying goods, calculating duties and submitting declarations. In the EAEU the таможенный представитель must be listed in the official register to operate.
