Customs declaration
The official document an importer or exporter files with customs to declare goods crossing a border.A customs declaration lists the goods, their HS codes, quantities, weights, declared value, country of origin and the parties involved, and is the basis for assessing duties and taxes. In the EAEU it is the декларация на товары (ДТ); the data on filed declarations is what powers customs trade databases.
