Harmonized System (HS)
The international nomenclature developed by the World Customs Organization for classifying traded goods.The Harmonized System organizes all traded goods into 21 sections and 99 chapters, each subdivided into headings and subheadings. It is revised roughly every five years and forms the basis of national tariff schedules, including the EAEU ТН ВЭД used by Russia and Kazakhstan.
