Customs clearance
The process of getting goods released by customs by filing a declaration, paying duties and taxes and meeting all requirements.Customs clearance covers presenting the goods, lodging the declaration with the correct HS code and value, paying duty, VAT and any excise, and satisfying licensing or certification rules before customs releases the shipment. In the EAEU release of goods (выпуск товаров) is the formal act that lets cleared cargo enter free circulation.
